Self Sustaining
It is our desire and goal to be as self sustaining as possible. We can partially accomplish this by opening the school to the community and charging a fee for those students who can afford it.
Both the school and practical skill training sections will be open for other children. We will use the fee to run the school. Such children will operate from their homes while the orphans will live within the campus.
Also, this region has rich, fertile, agricultural land with reliable rainfall throughout the year. Therefore, we will grow food crops locally to feed the orphans. What we need is just two 4 WD tractors and we will produce enough food to feed these orphans. This will also provide a good opportunity to train some of these children on modern farming methods.
